Wedding flower FAQs.

  • You’ll receive an email response within 24 hours if I’m available on your date (check your junk mail just in case).

Your email contains a link to book a call to discuss your floral filled vision. Once complete, I’ll share your quote, design proposal & contract.

Sign your contract and pay the 30% booking fee, and your date is secured. You can tick “find a florist” off your list, so sit back and relax.

  • Botanical Quarter is based in South East Melbourne. Perfectly located for weddings and events in Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula.

Planning your big day somewhere else? Don’t worry, I travel across Victoria, Australia and overseas for my couples.

  • When travelling Botanical Quarter’s flights, fuel, accommodation and vehicle requirements need to be covered depending on location.

  • Every wedding is wonderfully unique, so each quote is different based on a number of factors, (like venue, vision & vibe).

We create full service wedding flowers from $6,000 up to $15,000 plus.

The best way to get accurate pricing information it to get a quote.

  • As well as wedding florals, Botanical Quarter can also create dreamy floral designs for your business, event or styled shoot.

You can send an email enquiry to zoe@botanicalquarter.com.au

  • I’m on a mission to minimise my impact on Mother Nature. Wherever possible I choose a more sustainable option.

    This means:

    • I prefer to source locally and seasonally grown flowers from Australian flower farmers

    • I don’t use floral foam in my designs

    • I re-use our mechanics and break down waste to be composted and recycled

    • I don't use preserved, bleached or dyed flowers, instead opting for naturally dried blooms that can be composted at the end of their life

  • Anywhere between 12-18 months. Have a shorter time frame? No problems, I can work with that too!

I only take a select number of weddings each year, so I recommend confirming your booking as early as possible to secure your date.

  • Absolutely! I understand that inspiration develops over time and ideas change as your wedding day nears.

Floral elements can be added and shuffled around closer to the date - we’ll have another chat around 8 weeks out to refine and finalise the details.
