A WEDDING SHOULD FEEL LIKE SOMETHING.

Floral and styling design for couples who want their day to feel cohesive, atmospheric, and unmistakably theirs.

THE SHAPE OF IT.

Botanical Quarter couples typically invest between $8,000 and $12,000 in their floral and styling design. The minimum is $5,000.

That covers more than the flowers themselves. It covers the design direction, the sourcing, the build, the install, the pack-down, and all the months of planning that sit behind the day.

But mostly what you're paying for is being able to hand it over and not think about it again. I'll handle the rest.

WHAT YOUR BUDGET CAN LOOK LIKE.

I don't sell packages. Every wedding is designed from scratch around the couple, the venue, and the day. But it helps to know what your budget can actually deliver — so here are three rough scopes, drawn from real Botanical Quarter weddings.

Most couples land somewhere between them. The numbers below are examples drawn from real weddings, not tiers to pick from.

Intimate — from $5K

For smaller weddings and elopements, where flowers are an accent rather than the centrepiece.

Personal florals for you and the wedding party, a considered ceremony moment, and reception florals scaled to a smaller guest count. Full design, sourcing, install, and pack-down — same care, smaller scope.

Best for: up to 80 guests. Couples who want flowers to feel intentional but not the loudest voice in the room.

Immersive — from $8K

The bracket most Botanical Quarter weddings sit in.

Floral and styling design across the whole day — personal florals, a statement ceremony installation, reception florals across the tables and the moments around them (bar, welcome sign, cake). Stationery design can be folded in. Candles and styling to finish the room.

Best for: up to 150 guests. Couples who want the day to feel cohesive from the moment guests arrive.

Transformative — from $12K

For weddings where the floral design is the experience.

Everything in Immersive, scaled up — multi-space design across ceremony, cocktail, and reception, with statement installations (hanging features, larger statements, sculptural pieces). Stationery suite and linen hire. The design process starts earlier and goes deeper.

Best for: 150+ guests. Couples who want the whole space to transform.

THE PROCESS.

1. We meet.

Start by booking a call through the form on my site — a few quick questions so I know what we're working with. From there we'll connect by phone or video and talk through your day. Ask me anything; I'll always give you an honest answer.

2. Design concept & quote.

Within 48 hours of our call, you'll get a custom design concept and itemised quote, built around everything we talked about. If anything needs refining, we work through it together.

3. Lock it in.

A signed contract and 30% deposit secures your date and your design. From there, you can tick "find a florist" off the list.

4. The months between.

I'm refining details, sourcing, and bringing the whole thing to life. We'll visit your venue together in the lead-up. If stationery is part of your scope, we start that work around three months out.

5. Final run-through.

Around 8–10 weeks out, we walk through every detail of the day — flowers, styling, logistics, timings. By this point there are no surprises.

6. The day.

I install. I style. You get married.

WHAT COUPLES SAY.

"From our first consult, Zoe was friendly, professional and understanding of both our vision and budget. Zoe was patient with our indecisiveness and offered beautiful suggestions. Our wedding day was a dream — Zoe was punctual, organised, and our flowers more perfect than we could have imagined."
